Are there restrictions on what I can bring?
Guests have several restrictions regarding what they can bring to the premises, as well as specific requirements for items that must be presented upon arrival:
- Alcohol: You are strictly prohibited from bringing your own alcohol onto the premises; all drinks must be purchased directly from the venue.
- Attire and Decorations: At Eden Hall, guests are not permitted to visit wearing fancy dress or inappropriate accessories, and no decorations are allowed within the spa.
- Smoking and Vaping: Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building, though designated sheltered outdoor areas are provided for use.
- Technology: Guests are restricted from using network cables and are required to use only the "Be-Guest WI-FI" network for internet access.
- Fitness and Spa Gear: While a fluffy robe and towel are provided, you should bring a gym bag and trainers if you intend to use the fitness facilities, as well as a swim costume and flip-flops for the spa areas.
- Toiletries: You do not need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, or body lotion, as these are provided in the changing rooms along with hairdryers
