Food Safety
Guest Protocols and Dietary Safety
Our kitchen handles nuts, seeds, and other allergens. While we take steps to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with allergies.
- Advance Notification: Guests are required to notify the Reservations Team of any dietary requirements or life-threatening restrictions in advance. Proactive communication is emphasised to ensure the culinary team can accurately cater to these needs.
Venue Responsibility: If a guest fails to provide notice of dietary restrictions and the venue cannot accommodate them on arrival, the venue will not assume responsibility for the resulting inconvenience.
Quality Standards and Sourcing
- The venue holds an AA Rosette for its dining experiences, reflecting a commitment to high culinary standards.
- As part of their environmental and safety focus, the properties prioritise local and seasonal produce. This includes sourcing meat from local butchers, fish from traditional markets, and honey from resident bees at both Hoar Cross Hall and Eden Hall.
- The kitchens champion the use of "wonky and imperfect" fruit and vegetables as much as "perfect" produce to align with their sustainability goals while maintaining food quality
