Why do I have to pay a difference when using a gift voucher?

Gift vouchers are issued with a fixed monetary value based on the price at the time of purchase.

If the experience you choose at the time of booking is priced higher than the remaining voucher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

If the experience is lower than the voucher value, the remaining balance cannot be refunded or carried over unless otherwise stated in the voucher terms.
