If the voucher was purchased as a gift and issued as an e-voucher, you may need to contact the person who made the original purchase.
For security reasons, our Team must verify purchase details before reissuing or providing information about a lost gift card. This may include:
- The purchaser’s name, email address, and billing address
- The date and time the gift card or voucher was purchased
If you are unable to confirm these details, we recommend asking the original purchaser to contact us directly, as this will allow us to assist more quickly and securely.
