How do I redeem a voucher?
- Online Booking: When placing a new booking on the website, you can use a gift card before reaching the final payment stage. You must enter the voucher reference number and the purchaser’s surname, and the value will be deducted from your total cost.
- Telephone Booking: You can speak to our dedicated team, who will ask you to confirm the details of your gift card or voucher at the point of payment.
Gift cards and e-vouchers are versatile and can be redeemed at either Eden Hall or Hoar Cross Hall, regardless of which property they were originally purchased for.
If you have a voucher for a discontinued spa experience, we can honour either the monetary value of the voucher or a suitable alternative within the warranty period. In this case, you should call the Reservations Team at 01283 576522 to book.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed on the same day they are purchased.
Vouchers cannot be used against bookings for meetings, events, functions, or weddings, nor can they be used to purchase additional gift cards or pay for Wellness Club memberships.
All gift cards have a validity of 12 months from the date of purchase. Once this date has passed, they cannot be extended and hold no value.
Specific limited-edition Black Friday vouchers (such as "Winter Sun" or "The Perfect Blackout") must be redeemed by 31st March of the applicable year. After this date, they can only be used for their original monetary value toward other experiences for the remainder of their 12-month validity period.
If you use a voucher to book and then change your date, the value will transfer to the new reservation.
