Our venues are designed as a peaceful retreat for adults, offering a refined environment where you can switch off, unwind and enjoy time dedicated entirely to relaxation and wellbeing.

To preserve the calm and tranquil atmosphere throughout our properties, our venues are adult-only.

Guests wishing to access our Spa facilities must be 16 years or over. Guests aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult at all times while using the Spa facilities.

For treatments, guests must be 18 years or over, with the exception of manicures and pedicures in our Parlour, which are available to guests aged 16 years or over.

We kindly ask that guests consider these age requirements when making a booking at our venues.

We reserve the right to request valid photographic identification to verify a guest's age. Where appropriate identification cannot be provided, access to facilities or treatments may be refused.
