Throughout September, improvement works will take place in the Thermal Spa Suite at Eden Hall.

As part of these enhancements, the Rose Room, sauna and some shower features will be temporarily unavailable. The Herbal Caldarium, Infrared Room and Salt Room will all remain open, along with the tropical and warm showers. In addition, brand-new sauna rooms are currently being installed near the hot tubs and, together with the spa garden facilities, there will continue to be a wide range of heat and wet experiences available throughout your visit.

To reflect the temporary reduction in available facilities, the prices for all September visits have been reduced accordingly.

New Bookings

Guests making new bookings for visits during September are booking at the reduced rate, which reflects the temporary closure of some Thermal Spa Suite facilities. No further discount is available.

We anticipate very little contractor presence during spa opening hours, as the majority of the improvement works will be carried out overnight. Every effort will be made to ensure disruption to guests is kept to an absolute minimum.

Existing Bookings made before June 2026

Guests with an existing booking during September may choose to change their booking date on one occasion without an administration fee. Should the new date be priced higher than the original reservation, the difference in rate will be payable.

Guests who no longer wish to visit during the improvement works may cancel their booking and receive a full refund.

The rate paid already reflects the temporary reduction in available facilities and, as such, no additional discount is available.
