How do I make a booking?

You can book primarily through our website. 

For any help with reservations and enquiries, you can call the central team at 01283 576522.

Phone Line Hours: 

Monday - Friday (8 am - 6 pm) 

 Saturday-Sunday (9 am - 5 pm).

For large group reservations, you can contact the dedicated Groups Reservations Team at 01608 787986

To confirm a booking, full pre-payment of the package value is required at the time of reservation. This can be paid via debit or credit card.
You can use a Gift Voucher as a full or partial payment. When booking online, you must enter the voucher reference number and the purchaser’s surname to deduct the amount
 
Gift cards cannot be redeemed on the same day they are purchased.
 
If you want the ability to cancel for a refund or change your date easily, you must purchase the Flexible Booking option at the time of the initial reservation; it cannot be added later.
 
 If you book within 72 hours of your arrival, you will be required to provide photo identification that matches the card used for the booking.
 
You are encouraged to notify the Reservations Team of any dietary requirements or medical restrictions in advance to ensure they can be accommodated.
 
The lead booker must ensure all guests meet age requirements: a minimum of 16 years old to use spa facilities or have a manicure/pedicure, and 18+ years old for all other treatments.
 
The lead booker is responsible for the entire reservation, including settling all charges before, during, and after the visit, and ensuring all guests in the group comply with the Hall's etiquette policy
