If you have excess value (for example, if you used a gift voucher for a reservation that cost less than the voucher's value), that remaining amount will remain on your gift card to use.

This must be utilised by the original expiry date of the initial voucher used for the booking. All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 If you purchased Flexible Booking and changed your visit to a date with a lower price, the remaining balance will be placed on a voucher, which can be redeemed in-house during your visit or towards your next visit as long as it's used within the validity period.
