All Barons Eden Gift Cards have a validity of 12 months from the date of purchase. The specific date of expiry is stated within the Gift Card, and the venue is unable to extend the expiry date if the card is unused and that date has passed.

There are specific validity terms for certain promotional vouchers:

• Black Friday Winter Sun Gift Cards (2024): The specific experiences must be redeemed on selected dates until 31st March 2025. After this date, the voucher reverts to its monetary value, which can be used at either property for the remainder of the 12 months from the original purchase date.
• Black Friday The Perfect Blackout Gift Cards (2025): These experiences are redeemable until 31st March 2026. Following this period, the vouchers can be used for their monetary value for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Flex on Black Friday Experiences: If you have this option, the experience itself is valid until 31st March; after this, the amount paid is transferred to a Gift Voucher for use toward any other experience.

Please note that if a gift voucher is used for a reservation and there is excess value intended for house credit, that credit will be returned to a gift voucher, which must be utilised by the original expiry date. 

Additionally, gift cards cannot be redeemed on the day of purchase.
