The "cooling-off" period for gift vouchers is 14 days, but this applies only to vouchers purchased online.

You must notify the venue of your cancellation by emailing reservations@baronseden.com.
Your email must include the date of purchase and the Gift Voucher number, and it must be sent from the same email address used to buy the voucher.

You can also call the Team directly at 01283 576522 to request a cancellation within the cooling-off period. 

If a postage and packing charge was applied to your order, this amount is non-refundable

Note that gift cards cannot be redeemed on the same day they are purchased.

Vouchers not purchased online (over the phone and at the venue) are non-refundable. Additionally, all gift cards have a standard validity of 12 months from the date of purchase, and this expiry date cannot be extended once it has passed.
