Guests must be 16 years or older to access the spa facilities. Photo identification may be requested on arrival to verify age.

Spa treatments are available to guests aged 18 and over.

In The Parlour, manicures and pedicures are available to guests aged 16 and over.

Please note that guests who do not meet the minimum age requirements will not be permitted entry. In addition, guests aged 15 or under are not eligible to make a booking or redeem a Gift Card, as they do not meet the minimum age criteria.
