Registered service dogs are welcome only within the hotel. To maintain the comfort, hygiene, and well-being of all guests, service dogs are not permitted inside the spa itself.

Non-working and unregistered or pet dogs are not permitted within our premises, spa facilities or grounds. This includes all treatment areas, thermal experiences, relaxation spaces, spa lounges, and other spa-related areas.

If you need to bring your service dog during your stay, please let us know before your arrival so that we can help make suitable arrangements within the hotel.
