Why has your pricing changed from when I last checked?

Pricing can change based on availability; the best way to view the live, current rates and secure your preferred package is to speak directly with our Reservations Team. You can reach them on 01283 576522. Our opening times are Monday - Friday: 8 am - 6 pm and Saturday - Sunday: 9 am - 5 pm

If you are looking to change the date of an existing booking, prices vary depending on availability. When a date change is made, any increase in the current price of the package will be payable. 


Many lower rates or promotional experiences are available for new bookings only. If you have an existing reservation, you are generally unable to transfer it to a promotional or limited-edition offer, such as a Black Friday experience.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate and are not adjusted if that rate changes.


If you have a specific booking and the price has changed during an amendment, it is because the system is applying the prevailing rate for the new date or session you have selected. For further clarification on a specific quote, you can contact the Reservations Team at 01283 576522.
