Hoar Cross Hall and Eden Hall offer the following methods of payment for reservations:
• Debit Card
• Credit Card
• Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / E-vouchers: These can be used as either full or partial payment against the value of a reservation.

To confirm a booking, you must pay the entire package value upfront at the time of reservation.
When using a gift voucher to book online, you must provide the voucher reference number and the purchaser's surname.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed on the same day they are purchased.
 

Gift cards cannot be used to pay for membership payments in The Wellness Club.
If you make a booking within 72 hours of your arrival, you will be required to provide photo identification that matches the debit or credit card used for the transaction.

The lead booker is officially responsible for settling all charges associated with the reservation, including those incurred before, during, and after the visit
