Are there items that are always non-refundable even with the Flex option?
Yes. Certain elements of your booking are non-refundable, regardless of booking type or whether Flex Booking was selected.
These include:
Afternoon Tea experiences
Separately booked treatments that are not part of an experience package
Reservations made through third-party providers (these must be managed directly with the original provider)
