What happens if I miss my check-in?

 All reservations with non-arrivals are charged in full.
 

If a Gift Voucher was used to make the reservation, the voucher's value will be forfeited.


If you arrive late and subsequently depart early, please note that no refunds, either in part or in full, can be processed for early departures.


For specific services like those in the Salon (The Parlour), no-shows incur a 100% charge.


To avoid these penalties, guests with Flex Booking can change their date anytime before arrival or cancel for a full refund if they provide at least 48 hours' notice. Without Flexible Booking, reservations are generally non-refundable, and the date cannot be amended
