Can I cancel or remove part of my package?
Our packages are thoughtfully curated to offer a complete and balanced experience. For this reason, individual elements such as dining or inclusions cannot be removed or separated, as they are factored into the overall package and pricing. We do not customise the advertised packages, and all rates are inclusive of the full experience.
That said, amendment options depend on how your booking was made:
Experience Packages:
If you selected Flex Booking, you may amend or cancel the package for a full refund up to 48 hours before arrival. This applies only to treatments included within the experience.
Separately Booked Treatments:
Treatments booked outside of a package are non-refundable, even with Flex Booking.
Afternoon Tea:
Afternoon Tea experiences are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Guest Numbers:
For standard (non-flex) bookings, the number of guests cannot be reduced once confirmed.
Standard (Non-Flex) Bookings:
These bookings are non-refundable and non-amendable at any time.
Third-Party Bookings:
If your reservation was made through a third-party provider, any amendments or cancellations must be handled directly with them.
