For Day Spa Experiences, including Serenity and Purity, check-in begins at 8:30 am.
Guests joining us for the Twilight Indulgence Spa Experience may arrive from 4:30 pm, while the Twilight Spa Experience check-in begins at 7:00 pm.

For overnight stays, check-in for Comfy, Garden and Quad Triple rooms is from 4:00 pm. 

Guests staying in our Suites are invited to arrive slightly earlier, with check-in available from 3:00 pm.

Eden Hall

Standard check-in for Day Spa Experiences begins at 9:00 am. If you have pre-booked breakfast, you are welcome to arrive from 8:30 am, depending on what time your table is booked. 

For the Twilight Spa Experience, check-in begins at 7:00 pm.
