Why have I still not received my gift card?

The time it takes to receive your gift card depends on whether you purchased an e-voucher or a physical card, as well as the current volume of orders.

E-Vouchers: These are delivered instantly to the recipient's email inbox. If you have not received it, please check your spam or junk folders.
Physical Gift Cards: These are sent via Royal Mail First Class. While they are typically processed within 48 hours of purchase, delivery can take 5 to 7 days.

Barons Eden endeavours to process all orders within 48 hours; however, delays can occur during high-demand periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.
Once a physical card has been dispatched, the delivery time is wholly reliant on Royal Mail. The company does not accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery once the item has left its premises.

If you have waited longer than the standard 7-day window for a physical card or have not received an e-voucher:
Ensure the email address provided at the time of purchase was correct.

Note for Christmas Shoppers: Please be aware that physical gift card delivery is no longer guaranteed to arrive before Christmas once the holiday postage deadlines have passed.
