Can I get a refund on my voucher?
You are entitled to a refund only if the voucher meets the following specific criteria:
Only gift vouchers purchased online can be refunded. The request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase.
If you paid for postage and packing for a physical card, that specific amount cannot be refunded.
Outside of the 14-day online cooling-off period, the following rules apply:
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
Limited-edition experiences (such as Black Friday vouchers) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How to Request a Refund
If you are within the 14-day window for an online purchase, you must:
Email: Send an email to reservations@baronseden.com.
Include the date of purchase and the Gift Voucher number. You must send the email from the same email address that was used to purchase the voucher.

If you have already used your gift card or voucher to make a reservation within the 14-day online cooling period, we are unable to issue a refund for the gift card or voucher.
If you do not arrive for a scheduled reservation made with a voucher, regardless of the location or the date of purchase, the value is forfeited.
