Packages at Eden Hall, a dedicated Day Spa in Nottinghamshire, are designed around full access to its extensive thermal and relaxation facilities, with specific inclusions varying between Day and Twilight experiences

Regardless of the specific package, all guests at Eden Hall enjoy access to a wide range of wellness facilities:
A Vitality Pool, an Outdoor Hydrotherapy Pool, and outdoor hot tubs featuring massage jets.
Access to the Herbal Caldarium, Rose Infused Steam Room, and both indoor and outdoor saunas.
 Use of the Slumber Lounge, Wellness Centre, and various relaxation studios.
Use of the gym and access to fitness and relaxation studios.
Access to the 28 acres of grounds and the Outdoor Spa Garden.

The inclusions of your visit are often defined by your arrival time:
• Day Spa Experience: Grants access from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Lunch is typically served between 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm.
• Twilight Spa Experience: Grants access from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Food for this experience is served between 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm.

We will provide you with a Towel and Robe if you are visiting us for a Spa Day or Twilight Experience. 

While packages often include a treatment, you must be 18+ years old for most services (16+ for manicures/pedicures in the Parlour).

All packages must be paid in full at the time of reservation to confirm the booking.
If you purchased the Flexible Booking option at the time of your initial reservation, your package is protected for a full refund or a date change  (if cancelled 48+ hours before).
Any treatments added to your visit that were not part of the original experience package are strictly non-refundable.
