Hoar Cross Hall offers a variety of packages for day visits, overnight stays, corporate events, and club memberships, each with specific inclusions designed to provide a comprehensive wellness experience.

We will provide you with a Towel and Robe if your selected package includes access to the Spa.  

Day Spa Experiences
All day spa packages include full spa access, including the Spa Terrace, and use of the Wellness Suite.
• Serenity Spa Day: Includes a 60-minute treatment of your choice, a three-course lunch in Hugo’s Spa Restaurant, and access to all fitness classes and outdoor activities. Check-in is from 8:30 am, and check-out is at 5:30 pm
• Purity Spa Day: Includes a three-course lunch in Hugo’s and access to fitness classes and outdoor activities. Check-in is from 8:30 am, and check-out is at 5:30 pm.
• Twilight Spa Experience: Includes a light meal in Hugo’s and check-in from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
• Twilight Indulgence: Includes a 60-minute treatment, a light meal in Hugo’s, and access to the gym. Check-in is from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm.

Overnight Spa Experiences
Residential stays generally include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with varying levels of spa access.
• Purity Spa Stay: Full spa access on the second day, plus an à la carte dinner, breakfast, and lunch.
• Serenity Spa Stay: Includes a 60-minute treatment from the Serenity Collection, full spa access on the second day, an à la carte dinner, breakfast, and lunch.
• Rural Retreat (2 Nights): A two-night stay in a room or suite with full spa access and complimentary use of facilities like archery classes, tennis, and the driving range.
• Indulgent Stays (2 or 3 Nights): These premium packages include multiple 60-minute treatments (two for a two-night stay; three for a three-night stay) and full spa access for the duration of the visit, along with all meals.
• Taster Stays (2 or 3 Nights): Includes spa access on subsequent days (day two onwards) and all-inclusive meals.

Business and Delegate Packages
Corporate packages are designed to balance productivity with well-being.
• Day Delegate Rate: Includes two-course lunch, mid-morning and afternoon refreshments (such as flapjacks, smoothies, and mini milkshakes), meeting room hire, equipment, stationery, Wi-Fi, and carbon offsetting of travel. 
• 24-Hour Meetings: Includes everything in the Day Delegate rate plus overnight accommodation, a three-course dinner, a hearty breakfast, and early morning (7 am - 9 am) access to the spa and gym on the second day.
