Yes, you can add extra treatments to your booking for both the Purity Spa Day and Serenity Spa Day. Add one of our soul-soothing treatments from luxury brands like ELEMIS and VOYA.


Treatments that are not included as part of an original experience package are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether you have purchased the Flexible Booking option.
• The Flex Booking protection only covers treatments that are part of a pre-set experience; any treatments you add separately are not protected by this refund or date-change policy.
 

Upgrading - If your package already includes a treatment (such as the Serenity Spa Stay or Twilight Indulgence), you can choose to upgrade that treatment for an additional fee rather than just adding a new one.

Age Requirements: You must be 18 years or older for most spa treatments. The only exception is for manicures and pedicures in the Parlour, where the minimum age is 16.

In addition to standard massages and facials, you can also add specialised services such as:
•An ELEMIS Therapy Consultation featuring 3D facial mapping to personalise your skincare routine.
• Deeply conditioning hair treatments like Olaplex, Fusio-Dose, or a Luxury Head Spa can be added to hair appointments.
