Whether you can transfer your booking to another date depends primarily on whether you purchased the Flexible Booking option at the time of your initial reservation.

If You Have Flex Booking
You have the option to change your booking date up to 48 hours before arrival. 
If you change your date, the Flex option will also cover your new booking date, meaning you can change it again if needed (with 48 hours' notice).
If the new date has a higher rate, you will need to pay the difference; if it is cheaper, the remaining balance will be issued as a voucher for in-house use during your visit.

If You Do Not Have Flex Booking

Under standard terms, the reservation date cannot be amended.

If a Gift card or Voucher was used to secure the booking and an amendment is requested, the monetary value of the gift card or voucher will be applied to the new date.

Any rate differences will apply, regardless of whether the voucher was purchased as an experience

Special Circumstances and Exclusions
• Third-Party Bookings: We are unable to amend reservations made through third parties; you must contact the original booking site.
• Afternoon Tea: These bookings are non-refundable, but if you need to discuss an amendment, you are advised to contact the Reservations Team directly at 01283 576522.
• Black Friday Experiences: If you have "Black Friday Flex," you can change your booking date anytime up to 31 March 2026, subject to availability.
• Government/Licensing Restrictions: If our Venues are unable to operate as normal due to government advice or exceptional circumstances, your reservation can be amended without penalty, regardless of standard terms.
