Member Discounts
Member discounts are available on all products and services unless already discounted as part of a special introductory promotion.
Discount for Dining is applicable for Member and up to three guests.
For joint membership, discounts are available for both members and for up to three guests.
Discount on Gift Card purchases is only available on Experience gift cards, not Monetary gift cards.
Overnight Stay Voucher
One-night Complimentary Bed and Breakfast stay for two people in a Classic Room. The Member must be one of the room's occupants on the booking.
Valid from Sunday to Thursday only, and is not redeemable on Bank Holidays, or from the 21st of December up to the 2nd of January.
The voucher must be redeemed within 12 months and is not extendable.
Guest Pass
A guest pass entitles the member to bring a guest to use the facilities. The member MUST accompany the Guest
Guests must be over 16 years
The voucher excludes food, beverage, spa treatments, and salon treatments.
The Guest Pass is non-transferable and must be redeemed within 12 months and is not extendable.
Treatment Voucher
Entitles the member to a one-hour treatment
The treatment is for the member, and a guest if used in conjunction, and the member is present.
