Health, Safety & Guest Responsibility
Your health, safety and comfort are important to us. To help us care for you throughout your visit or stay, we kindly ask that you inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions or ongoing treatment, allergies, intolerances, or sensitivities that may affect your use of our spa and other facilities. This includes, but is not limited to: cancer (including current or recent treatment); diabetes; epilepsy; cardiovascular conditions (including high or low blood pressure and heart conditions); skin conditions (such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis or infections); respiratory conditions (e.g. asthma); pregnancy; recent surgery or injury; and blood clotting disorders (including the use of anticoagulant medication).
For bookings made on behalf of others or as part of a group, please inform us at the time of booking if anyone has any medical conditions, allergies, intolerances, sensitivities, or may need assistance in the event of an emergency evacuation, so we can make appropriate arrangements. Where possible, we also ask that the individual contacts us directly to discuss their requirements with our team, helping to ensure safety and comfort throughout the visit.
Use of Pools, Hot Tubs, Saunas & Steam Rooms
For your wellbeing, we advise that you avoid using hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms if you have heart or circulation problems, high or low blood pressure, are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, or have any other medical concerns, unless you have first sought advice from your doctor.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please follow all guidance displayed regarding maximum recommended usage times and rest periods between sessions. If at any point you feel unwell, light-headed, dizzy or overheated, please leave the facility immediately and inform a member of our team.
Use of Gym Facilities
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, are pregnant, or have concerns about undertaking physical exercise, please seek medical advice before using the gym.
When using the gym, please exercise within your own physical limits and only use equipment you feel comfortable operating. Follow all guidance provided on equipment and usage by our team, wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and stop exercising immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, or experience pain or discomfort.
Spa & Beauty Treatments
Our treatments use products that may contain essential oils, plant extracts, nut-derived ingredients, and other active components. To help us tailor your experience safely, you must inform your therapist before your treatment begins of any medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries, skin conditions, or allergies (including allergies to nuts, essential oils, latex, or specific skincare ingredients).
To help us provide the best possible service, please arrive at your manicure or pedicure appointment with any existing nail or gel polish removed. This allows your technician to assess your natural nails properly and ensures your treatment is carried out safely and hygienically.
In some cases, a patch test may be required, for example, for certain skin or hair treatments. If you choose to decline a recommended patch test, you accept that this may increase the risk of an adverse reaction.
During your treatment, please let your therapist know immediately if you experience any discomfort, stinging, breathing difficulties, dizziness, or unusual sensations, so adjustments can be made or the treatment paused or stopped if needed.
In-Room Products & Allergies
We provide complimentary toiletries for your comfort during your visit. Please note that these products may contain fragrances, essential oils, nut-derived ingredients, or other potential allergens.
If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please check product labels carefully before use or speak with a member of our team for ingredient information and guidance. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please refrain from using it and ask us about possible alternative options.
Food Allergies & Intolerances
While we take great care in preparing our dishes, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free, as all major allergens are handled within our kitchen. We take steps to minimise the risk of cross-contact; however, traces may still be present.
If you have an allergy or intolerance, please inform us at the time of booking and speak to a member of our restaurant team before ordering, so we can accommodate your needs.
