Please note:

Standard bookings are non-refundable.

Where a cancellation has been agreed with the Team, any applicable refund will be processed and should appear in your account within 28 days, often sooner.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, whether a Flexible Booking option was selected, and the timing of the request.

 

Gift Voucher Refunds

14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
Gift vouchers purchased online are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Charges:
Postage and packing costs are non-refundable.

How to Request:
Refund requests must be sent by email to reservations@baronseden.com from the same email address used to make the purchase, quoting the purchase date and voucher number.

After 14 Days:
Standard gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Reservation Refunds

Bookings With Flexible Booking

A full refund is available if the reservation is cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date.

Bookings Without Flexible Booking

All bookings made without the Flexible Booking option are non-refundable at any time.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following are always non-refundable, regardless of booking type:

The cost of the Flexible Booking option

Afternoon Tea experiences

Treatments not included in a package (add-on treatments)

Early departures (no partial or full refunds)

 

Third-Party Bookings

Reservations made via third-party providers cannot be refunded by the venue.

Refund requests must be made directly with the original booking provider.

 

Exceptional & Venue-Led Circumstances

Venue Cancellations:
If the venue is required to cancel your reservation due to exceptional circumstances, a full refund will be issued regardless of booking type or date.

Government or Licensing Restrictions:
Where operations are affected, guests may amend their reservation without penalty.

Discontinued Experiences:
If a Spa Experience is discontinued, the monetary value of the voucher will be honoured or a suitable alternative offered.

 

Salon & Group Policies

Salon Appointments:

Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge

No-shows incur a 100% charge

Colour appointment deposits are forfeited if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice

Non-Arrivals:
Guests who fail to arrive for standard reservations will be charged in full, and any vouchers used will be forfeited.

Lead Booker Responsibility:
The lead booker is responsible for all charges, compliance, and conduct for the entire group booking.
