1. Lost Property
1.1 Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their visit.
1.2 If you misplace an item, please contact our Team immediately:

1.3 Our Lost Property Policy:
Reasonable care is taken of all items found.
Lost items are generally held for 1–3 months.
The venue is not liable for personal items left unattended, except where negligence by the venue occurs (e.g., failure to secure a coatroom).
1.4 Steps to recover lost property:
Report the lost item to our Team as soon as possible.
If necessary, file a police report to obtain a crime reference number.
Recovered items will be handled responsibly, and arrangements will be made for their return.
1.5 Guests are generally liable for any property damage caused through negligence, misuse, or intentional actions.
1.6 Lost or misplaced keys must be reported to reception immediately.
2. Booking & Guest Responsibility
2.1 The lead booker is responsible for the entire reservation, including all charges incurred before, during, and after the visit.
2.2 The lead booker is also responsible for ensuring that all guests in their party comply with the venue’s etiquette and conduct policies.
3. Safety & Security
3.1 For the safety and security of our guests and staff, CCTV cameras are in operation in approved locations throughout the venues.
