How we handle lost property:

We take reasonable care of any items found and typically hold them for 1–3 months.

The venue is not liable for personal items left unattended, unless negligence occurs (e.g., unsecured coatroom).

Steps to recover your property:

Report the lost item to the Team immediately.

If appropriate, file a police report for a crime reference number.

We will handle recovered items responsibly and arrange their return.
