Booking a treatment alone does not include full spa access. Hair, nail, and grooming treatments in The Parlour or Barber Shop are available to non-residents, but pools, saunas, and thermal suites are reserved for guests with a Day Spa or Twilight Spa Experience.

You can enjoy the spa facilities by booking a spa experience package (e.g., Serenity or Purity).

Please note: Walk-in availability is limited, minimum age requirements apply (16+ for spa, 18+ for most treatments, 16+ for Parlour services), and photo ID may be required if booking within 72 hours.
