Does the spa have specific relaxation zones?

Yes, both Hoar Cross Hall and Eden Hall feature several dedicated relaxation zones designed to provide a peaceful and tranquil environment for guests.

Hoar Cross Hall

  • The Sanctum – A serene retreat featuring a warm pool, hanging pods, loungers, and private double day beds for ultimate relaxation.

  • Snooze Room – A silent space ideal for post-treatment naps, with atmospheric lighting and heated water beds.

  • The Atrium – An airy lounge perfect for reading or enjoying time with loved ones while sipping a drink from the Maker Lane Café.

  • Outdoor Spa Terrace Relax Room – A dedicated outdoor space to relax amid the natural surroundings.

  • Relax Zone – A core spa facility designed for quiet repose.

Eden Hall

  • Slumber Lounge – A primary area for guests to unwind between treatments or facilities.

  • Reflect & Relax Room – Used for specialist sessions, such as VOYA Sleep Sessions.

  • Relaxation Studios – Part of the Wellness Centre, offering dedicated quiet spaces.

Relaxation Etiquette

To maintain a blissful atmosphere for all guests, we ask that the following guidelines be observed in all relaxation zones:

  • Silence: In areas marked with “quiet signs,” please keep noise to an absolute minimum.

  • No Reservations: Loungers and day beds should not be reserved while away from the space. Storage areas are provided for personal belongings to keep these areas free and welcoming for other guests.
