While a fluffy robe and towel will be waiting for you in your locker upon arrival, flip-flops are not included in your package. They are a requirement for walking around the spa areas at both properties.

You have two options for obtaining them on-site:
They can be purchased at the spa for £7.95.
You can purchase a Spa Luxuries package for £20, which includes a pair of flip-flops, a water bottle, and a handy tote bag.

Medium: Size 5-6
Large: Size 7+

Sizes can be switched at reception if the ones you purchased do not fit
