Both our Venues offer bespoke options for groups to tailor the experience to your specific needs. 

For large group reservations ( 5-8 for Eden Hall and 8-20 for Hoar Cross Hall), alternative terms and conditions apply. You must call the dedicated Groups Reservations Team at 01608 787986 for further information and to coordinate the booking.

If your group booking is for a tailor-made event, such as a business meeting or a wedding, you should contact the events team at 01283 477900 (Option 4). If your group is visiting for business purposes, specialised rates are available. 

A single "lead booker" must be designated for the entire reservation, even if it involves multiple rooms or many guests.
The lead booker is responsible for settling all charges associated with the group, including those incurred before, during, and after the visit.
The lead booker must ensure that all guests in the group comply with the property's etiquette policy.
Ensure all members of your group meet the age requirements: 16+ for spa facilities and 18+ for most treatments

Depending on your group size, several spaces can be booked:
• Small Meetings: The Sudbury and Tutbury rooms are ideal for board meetings of up to 12 people.
• Medium Groups: The Meynell (40 seated) or The Library (40 seated) provide characterful settings.
• Large Occasions: The Ballroom can accommodate up to 150 seated guests, and Exclusive Hire of the entire Venue is also an option for total privacy.

Confirmed bookings require full pre-payment of the package value via debit or credit card at the time of reservation.
If members of your group wish to use Gift Vouchers, the reference numbers must be provided during the booking process.
