All our packages at Hoar Cross Hall and Eden Hall are designed as complete experiences, with treatments forming a core part of the overall value. As such, individual elements cannot be refunded if unused.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend arriving in good time for your scheduled treatment. Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time, and missed appointments are non-refundable.
