How do I amend my booking?

Reservations are generally considered non-transferable and non-refundable. 

To amend your booking, the process and your eligibility to make changes depend heavily on how you booked and whether you purchased the Flex Booking option.


Determine How You Booked
• Direct Bookings: If you booked directly through Hoar Cross Hall or Eden Hall, you can manage your amendment through our Team. 
• Third-Party Bookings: If you booked via a third-party site (e.g.,  spa booking specialists), we cannot amend, cancel, or refund your reservation. You must contact the original party you booked through to discuss their specific terms.


Check Your Flex Status
• With Flex Booking: You have the option to change your booking date within 48 hours of your visit. 
   ◦ If the new date is more expensive, you will have to pay the difference; if it is cheaper, the balance will be placed on a voucher for in-house use.
   ◦ Flex booking covers you on your new date as well, provided any further changes are requested at least 48 hours before the new arrival time.
• Without Flex Booking (Standard Terms): Under standard terms, the date of reservation cannot be amended, and the number of guests cannot be decreased


Afternoon Tea: While these experiences are non-refundable, you should contact the Reservations Team at 01283 576522 if you need to discuss an amendment.


Black Friday Experiences: If you have "Black Friday Flex," you can change your date anytime up until 31 March 2026, subject to availability.


Who to Contact
• Standard Amendments: Call the Reservations Team at 01283 576522.
• Large Groups: For group bookings, alternative terms apply. Contact the dedicated Groups Reservations Team at 01608 787986.


Exceptional Circumstances: If our venues are unable to operate due to government or licensing restrictions, you can amend your reservation without penalty, regardless of standard terms.
